Mrs. Groth celebrates her 10-year-anniversary in our company.
She started her apprenticeship as businesswoman engaged in wholesale and export trades and is today responsible for creating delivery slips, bills, final costing and more.

Mr. Klein is celebrating his 10-year-anniversary. He startet his apprenticeship in 2007 as Specialist for Administration of Inventory and is now responsible for goods receiving, warehouse management and shipment.

SolidCAM
Bornebusch is using SolidCAM. SolidCAM is the recognised world leader in the area of integrated CAD/CAM systems and supports the whole bandwidth of CNC applications.
1st apprentice in machine cutting
Our first apprentice in the area machine cutting, Maximilian Maruska, succesfully completes his final test in January 2016 after 3,5 years of apprenticeship and stays employed with us.

Christoph Bornebusch leaves active business
Long-time CEO and founder of the company, Christoph Bornebusch, leaves the active business on the 31st December, 2014. He is of course still providing our employees with his knowledge and experience.
Confirmation of quality management
In December, the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard is renewed. Bornebusch's quality management has been tested regularly by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance for 19 years now.

Energy renovation works
Bornebusch continues its energy renovation works and replaces all the windows in the production site with modern frames and windows.
High rack storage
In September, Bornebusch changes the storage system into a high rack storage system.
Acquisition of production site
In May 2013 Bornebusch buys the rented property in the Welterstraße.

The heating system is renovated in October 2013. Using a heat exchanger, the waste heat from the compressor is now being lead to the heating system.

The new machining centre is put into operation.
Succession plan
The company is changed into an associated company and a subsidiary manufacturing company. The succession plan is set: Christoph and Heinrich Bornebusch are managing partners.

First CNC machine
Our first CNC controlled turning machine is being bought. This is Bornebusch's start of finish-machining according to customers drawings.
